I use Dialog and Mobitel networks for 20 years. Neither gives a better service. Very disappointed over 16 years as those cunning people know we don't have any other option.

I am signing this because I'm exhausted from all the complaints and requests I've made for a quality internet connection for past few years. Every company (SLT,Dialog,Hutch,Airtel) it's the same drama and coverup just with different words. Either they are upgrading or fixing a tower or there are too many users at the time hence the speed drop, same answer throughout for the past few years. And the LIES. Stop false advertising. They sell packages saying unlimited only to downgrade the speed to a completely unusable level in few days saying it's a fair usage policy. I mean why advertise it as unlimited if I can't use it as how i want it to? And even though i use it cautiously when the package is at the end of it's time period they slow it down. Stop these scams at once and provide what you promised for the price

Local ISPs in Sri Lanka exploit the inncocent people by using attractive words. These type of unethical business practices should be annihilated from the country.

I agree with all the points mentioned above. I'm using a fiber connection, and it's extremely frustrating to manage my data usage under the current limits. With only 65GB allocated for daytime use, I’m forced to constantly monitor my daily usage just to stay within a 2GB limit. Despite these restrictions, I’m still paying nearly Rs. 5,000 per month, which feels unfair for such limited access.

For more than two years there is no good rcoverag for any network. And the service of these companies are so poor. Compared to other countries ISP in Sri Lanka is a Mafia

I need better internet service from local ISPs as we like to keep the large portion of money within the country without moving to international ISPs.
